My Photography Portfolio

I am so excited to share some of my most recent photos for my Be You Photography portfolio. I had a wonderful turnout of clients last week, and had the opportunity to photograph some absolutely gorgeous kids. We intended for the weather to cooperate, but unfortunately a storm rolled in, only to cloud up the skies and cool down the temperatures. All the kids were troopers, and did so well considering the chilly temps.

I'm so lucky to have the opportunity to spend my days with such fun and amazing children, and to help parents capture moments that will serve as memories for a lifetime!

St Patricks Day

This year we spent St. Patricks Day traveling to Indiana, after my husband surprised me with a plane ticket home to see my family while he was away on business. He's such a sweetie! :)
On our way to my parents house we made a pitstop at my good friend Jen's, and spent some time with her over lunch. We then welcomed Lisa, Nathan and Jack's buddy, Ethan for a short visit. We've dressed the boys alike 2 years in a row, and they are just the cutest, smartest, and sweetest little guys I've ever seen. We had a blast, and enjoyed seeing each other, even if it was only for a short time.

Jen and Brent will welcome their first child, a son, in Early May (or sooner), and we couldn't be happier for them to join the "parent club". :)

Catching some Zzzzzzzz's

We were enjoying a family lunch today, and I could tell that Jack was getting sleepy. He had finished eating but said he didn't want to get out of his highchair yet, so while Nathan and I continued eating, Jack decided that we were taking TOO LONG and it was time to NAP....

HILARIOUS!!!

On another note, "Finding Nemo", is Jack's all time favorite movie, and he asks to watch it on a daily basis. When Nemo is on TV, Jack will sit anywhere, and this floor spot has become his favorite place to enjoy the show. Tonight he decided to sing/hum part of one of the tunes in the movie to make sure we knew that he was ready to watch it. As you can see, when he's watching this movie, there is no diverting his attention, especially considering these are only 2 photos from about the 100 I took. :)

Had a request....

...for a photo from our Aflac State Meeting in January. I had posted items that I would be including in my 20's style costume, but never posted a photo of the finished product. This photo isn't the best quality, but you can kind of get the idea of how it all came together. :)
