The scene of the incident... (the floor right in front of Jack's crib)
the evidence...(a smashed crib bumper)

the CULPRIT, now sleeping soundly in MY BED, after taking a tumble up and over his crib. :( So does that mean it's not time for a toddler bed, or do you think he actually learned his lesson the first time? The bumper came out, and I'll be placing pillows at the base of the crib tonight, just in case he decides to pull the same acrobatic move again.

It's hard to try and decide when to move them from a crib to a toddler bed...we haven't moved Coltyn yet but he also hasn't tried to get out again after his first escape. They make these netted (ugly in my opinion) things to go over the top of cribs to keep babies in if you aren't ready to move him yet.Good luck!
ReplyDeleteAhh jack is a little monkey exploring different ways to climb. What a smart cookie learning how to get out of his crib. Sad that it ended in a fall though. He looks so cute sound asleep so sweet & peaceful. Let me know when you find out when the toddler bed is suposed to come into the picture for our boys!
